These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Alkame Inc ("Alkame", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Delaware, USA. They govern your access to and use of the Alkame website, waitlist, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Alkame Inc is a technology company. We provide market information and AI-generated signals for educational and informational purposes. Our registered headquarters is in Dover, DE 19901, USA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. What Alkame is — and what it isn't

Alkame is a research and alerts tool. Our AI scans markets and surfaces opportunities along with the historical context behind them. You make every investment decision yourself and place every trade through your own broker.

Alkame is not a broker-dealer, is not an investment adviser, and does not execute trades or hold client funds. Any broker-connected auto-execution described as "coming soon" or "on the roadmap" is a future capability and is not part of the Service today.

4. No investment advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All figures, signals, reaction ranges, and portfolio values shown are illustrative. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consider your own circumstances and consult a qualified professional before investing.

5. Waitlist and pre-launch

Alkame is pre-launch. Features described on the Service may be planned or in development and are not guaranteed. Joining the waitlist registers your interest and lets us contact you about early access; it does not create any obligation on either side, and pricing shown is indicative and may change.

6. Your account and information

When the Service offers accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its content except as expressly permitted; or
  • misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or entity.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Alkame Inc or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

9. Third-party services and your broker

The Service may link to or rely on third parties, including the broker you use to trade. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. Your relationship with your broker is between you and them.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signal or information will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alkame Inc and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any decision you make based on it.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Alkame Inc harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
