This Privacy Policy explains how Alkame Inc ("Alkame", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Delaware, USA with headquarters in Dover, DE 19901, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services (the "Service"), and the choices you have.
1. Information you give us
When you join the waitlist, contact us, or apply for a role, you may provide:
- Waitlist: email address, and optionally your name, country, experience level, and an investment range.
- Contact: your name, email address, and message.
- Job applications: your name, email, phone, a résumé or LinkedIn link, country, and any message you include.
2. Information we collect automatically
When you use the Service, we collect limited technical information such as your IP address (used to estimate your country so we can show region-appropriate content), browser and device information, and basic usage data. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used.
3. How we use your information
- to operate the waitlist and notify you when early access opens;
- to respond to your enquiries and process job applications;
- to tailor regional content (currency, examples, and regional notices);
- to understand and improve how the Service is used; and
- to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies to make the Service work and, with your consent, to measure how it is used (via Google Analytics 4). Analytics cookies load only after you accept them on our cookie banner. You can decline, and the Service will still work. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the stored preference in your browser.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed, and only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting and analytics), under appropriate agreements;
- Authorities where we are required to by law or to protect our rights; and

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashing of any account passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We operate from the United States and may process your information there or in other countries. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
9. Your rights and choices

10. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
