Machine Learning Engineer (Remote)

Role summary

We're hiring two Machine Learning Engineers to build and run the machine learning behind our market-intelligence engine. It's a remote role, with occasional onsite visits to our headquarters in Dover, DE 19901, USA.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship ML models that pick out market events and patterns.
• Own the data pipelines and feature engineering for market data at scale.
• Take models all the way from experiment to production, with monitoring and honest evaluation.
• Push the accuracy and reliability of our signal engine forward.
• Work closely with the team on the automation and tooling around the models.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years building machine learning systems in production.
• Strong Python and a good command of the modern ML and data stack.
• A solid footing in statistics, modelling, and evaluation.
• Experience with data pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Time spent around financial or market data.
• Experience with time-series or event-driven modelling.
• MLOps experience: deployment, monitoring, retraining.

Travel & eligibility

We're open to applicants of any nationality. You'll need a valid passport and the ability to travel to the United States (our Dover, DE office) for occasional onsite visits.
