HR Recruiter (Remote)

Role summary

The team behind Alkame is growing, and we're looking for an HR Recruiter to own recruiting end to end for a remote-first fintech. You'll be the person who finds great people, gives them a genuinely good experience, and helps us build a team that can put serious market intelligence in everyday hands.

What you'll do

• Run recruiting end to end, from the first conversation to a signed offer.
• Source candidates actively, not just from the inbound pile.
• Screen and shortlist with a sharp eye for both skill and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and keep things moving for everyone involved.
• Own the candidate experience the whole way through, clear and warm at every step.
• Build pipelines for the roles we know are coming.
• Help shape how we show up as an employer, so the right people find us.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in tech or fintech.
• Strong, clear communication, written and spoken.
• Comfort with an ATS and modern sourcing tools.
• The self-direction that remote work rewards.

Nice to have

• Time at a startup or high-growth company.
• Experience hiring across both India and the US.
